The hotel and the room was all freshly renovated, with good new bathroom equipment and comfortable bedding. Towels were all clean and fluffy. The room had everything I needed. The hotel is extremely close to the bazaar, Bibi Khanum and ShahiZinda and a very easy walking distance to Registan. I also liked the decorations. The staff was nice and friendly to me, at check-in they explained all the options and services to me. Breakfast was good.

Rare example of hotel with no faults. New, modern, clean, plenty of space, polite professional caring staff, good price for such place and service. Not in the city center but I see it as advantage - quite place , 10 minutes by taxi to center, 2-3 dollars

The location is amazing - most of the city's attractions are in the range of a 5-30 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel's presidential suite is quite likely the most impressive piece of lodging in Samarkand, potentially rivalled only by some offerings that could be found in a relatively distant conference center. The staff is extraordinarily helpful and caring. The hotel itself is beautiful.
