The owner went above and beyond for us. We had to leave early in the morning and they arranged a breakfast buffet just for us as well as drove us to the train station. The location is great with a park infront of the hotel and it takes about 20 min to walk into the city centre.

We didn't like, we loved everything! The attention of the staff is exceptional (and we have visited a few countries and hotels, so we have some baseline to compare ), the hotel and the room is beautiful, clean, very unique, the breakfast delicious. A perfect place to unwind—not far from the city, but just enough outside to enjoy some peace and quiet. The soft bed made for a great night’s sleep, and the sauna was a real treat after a day of exploring. It’s also really close to great food (especially plov!) and the old city ruins, which makes it both relaxing and convenient. A lovely spot to recharge while still being close to everything.

We liked everything! The hotel is very beautiful and clean. It is much more beautiful than in the photos. The administration should add more photos to show how amazing it is. Great location, very close to the most popular historical sights. Amazing spa facilities: sauna, hamam and a swimming pool with a jacuzzi. The room was cozy and clean. Also, I would admit that the service was excellent! Thanks to a young lady at the reception.
