The hotel is new and beautiful, and the rooms are equipped nicely. The best part of this hotel is the staff and their attitude. The day we were leaving, there was a triathlon, and we had to move up our transfer to the airport. They treated us wonderfully, arranged a taxi, and gave us a small picnic since we couldn't have breakfast. We loved the hotel and its location. We took a little piece of Samarkand back to Spain.

The hotel and the room was all freshly renovated, with good new bathroom equipment and comfortable bedding. Towels were all clean and fluffy. The room had everything I needed. The hotel is extremely close to the bazaar, Bibi Khanum and ShahiZinda and a very easy walking distance to Registan. I also liked the decorations. The staff was nice and friendly to me, at check-in they explained all the options and services to me. Breakfast was good.

We traveled with our 3 month old baby and it was very comfortable. Super large bed, extra bed for our baby, very clean and nice room. You can also stay and chill in the lobby in the ground floor or first floor. Breakfast is also really good and you can enter the spa for free and book massages if you want. What i liked most was the staff. Especially Mahmut and Djafar were so kind and helpful, can just wish the best for them. I recommend this hotel 100%!

We had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. Modern, clean and nice room. Very helpful and polite staff. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices. Every room had a free 2 hours access to the pool, it was nice and intimate as you are alone. Location is great, 5 minutes walk to Registan. I recommend this hotel. Good value for money.
