The manager mahmod magdy was so cooperative, asmaa was so active & helpful at the restaurant , valeria was so cooperative and norsha was so kind .. the room was good and sunny .. the restaurant was magnificent.. left were always good.. basement was arranged and clean .. thanks for all of the team .. and sure visit will be repeated.

Especially pleasant service from the staff working at the reception, and biggest compliments to Letifa, who was very kind, helpful, and thanks to her we relaxed in a wonderful villa! A big thank you to her, because we really had a good time. The cocktail bar also made a good impression, where the bartender Asma served us very pleasantly and professionally, treating us to the most delicious cocktails.

From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. Upon check-in, they noticed my birthday from my ID and welcomed me with a beautifully decorated room filled with flowers, balloons, and a delightful birthday cake. On the first night, we had dinner at The Restaurant, where the team surprised me with another cake and a lively birthday song, making the evening even more memorable. Special thanks to Nourhan and Ramy at The Restaurant, for the arrangement and their kindness and thoughtfulness. They were both very friendly and took a great care of us. I’m also deeply grateful to Abishek and Indrea, who went out of their way to decorate the room and ensure every detail was perfect, leaving another cake and a lovely birthday card on the day itself. As for the hotel, it is exceptionally elegant, with high standards of cleanliness and excellent quality of service. The staff were consistently professional and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The resort’s location, nestled amidst beautiful mountains, adds a serene and spiritual vibe that’s hard to beat. I highly recommend Address Beach Resort Fujairah for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway.

I am a person with allergies , and it was the first time when I book a hotel , and for sure I informed them in advance about my allergies . From the check-in the reception called the kitchen and informed that “the person with allergies arrived “ , they took great care of my food to the point where my meal was cooked separately and the chefs were always providing the best options , and meals. Kudos to the whole staff for making our stay stressless because of my dietary restrictions !!
