Personal was very lovely and welcoming! Breakfast where we were able to order different kind of dishes that was included in price. Spa zona that you can book - it had jacuzzi and sauna. Comfortable beds that wasn't too soft. Very polished and quite big rooms comparing others. Terrace on the roof for ordering sparkling drinks or coffee. Relaxing evenings there! Rooms were very tidy and you cam feel that hotel is new. Bathroom was spectacular in it's look and design. Public transport to city centre is very close by and you don't need to call taxi. Location of the hotel was also great - it was in front of shopping mall that had many useful things to buy.

Whole place superb. Very close to the water and has its own rooftop pool and indoor spa. Ridiculously good value for money and the breakfast was banger.

Guests can also relax at eforea Spa & Health Club, spreading across 3 floors, complete with Roman & Finnish saunas, hot and cold pools, Himalayan salt room and expansive 255sqm indoor heated pool. The service was amazing, very hospitality staff and a very clean hotel. We also received a champagne for free because of my girlfriends birthday.

The hotel`s Spa and Wellness centre features a Finnish and Turkish sauna, a hydromassage jacuzzi, indoor pool and fitness room, facial and body treatments and a selection of special massage techniques. Good location, clean, Fresh renovation, Attentive staff especially in the restaurant. It is better to have dinner in the hotel restaurant because dozens of restaurants nearby have no idea about quality food.

Both the establishment and the setting are wonderful, that's undeniable. Fluffy pillows and extremely confortable beds, quality furniture, big windows, impecable cleanliness, generous terraces and a fabulous view of the bay (even when it rains it's extremely beautiful), just to name a few. What I would really like to point out here is the team's professionalism. Unfortunately we didn't start our stay off on the right foot; our journey would have been heavily impacted if it weren't for the concerned members of the staff (receptionists, manager, etc.) to handle the situation the best they could - which makes me think of something someone once said: "People are an organization's most valuable asset and the key to its success". Can’t wait to return to Blue Kotor on our next visit.
