Very nice and spacious rooms located in a beautiful villa. Your hosts are a friendly family. Breakfast is tasty and served on a veranda with great mountain view. The city centre is, opposite to what Maps tells you, just a short 10 minute walk. Great place to stay!

Very nice hotel with a very friendly couple running it! They helped us planning our trips and gave good advice. The room was spacious and had everything we needed and we could even wash our laundry. The view from the terrace is definitely beautiful and you should definitely use it for breakfast or at night. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood really close to the river, castle and the old town.

Excellent location - with ample parking right outside the hotel. Breakfast in the morning is very hearty (croissant, fried & boiled eggs, coffee, sausages, cucumber / tomato / feta, bread). Room itself was quite spacious for 3 of us & beds are all comfortable to sleep in

The location of the hotel is nice for a visit in Berat. Everything is really close by and within walking distance. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and rather big compared to what we had before in Albania. I also had a massage which was good and professional (male therapist). What you cannot expect is a 5* hotel like e.g. in Western Europe (I mean look at the prices 😉 + don't get fooled by certain reports about it on TV) but it makes for a nice stay in this impressive and kinda weird building.

Cannot rate this property highly enough - perfect location to explore Berat, super welcoming staff, and the most amazing varied breakfast. The view from the balcony over Mangalem and Gorica was stunning by day and night, and the terrace was the perfect space to enjoy breakfast and relax in the evenings. We would absolutely stay longer if we could - you will not regret booking here!
