The rooms were stylish, and the bed was very comfy - it had 2 types of pillows, which I loved. The value is extraordinary, and it comes with daily spa time, as well. The breakfast is delicious and varied, and the restaurant serves great food for dinner, as well (I recommend the Elisa Salad). The rooms were quiet, and the AC worked like a charm. Also, it's only about a 10-12 minute walk to Skanderbeg Square.

The staff was very welcoming and always available to fulfill my special requests. The room was great, the restaurant and bar also. Didn't had the oportunity to enjoy the spa and pool but visited the area and it was nice. Several times I was asked if we had a good time and needed anything else. The hotel was generally very nice but the staff was definitly the best part of our short stay there.
