In particular, Jack Ma was incredible. Other people have mentioned him in their reviews as well, and they are spot on. This guy makes you feel like you're arriving at a friend's house. The room was lovely, and the bed was quite comfortable. Views from the restaurant on the 31st floor are stunning, and the food was exceptional. Spicy beef with cilantro and the shrimp spring rolls were some of the best bites of food we've had during this trip to China. I would happily stay here again.

柏曼Borrman国际酒店-ZhangJiaJie National Forest Park East Gate Branch offers a buffet or American breakfast. We had an amazing stay here with the best staff! We originally booked for June but due to the weather the National Park closed. The hotel told us this information immediately so could cancel our flights and activities without losing money. We rebooked for September and the hotel helped us book all the activities and tickets that we needed! They were very welcoming when we arrived and gave us a free upgrade. They were always contactable on WeChat and answered any questions we had. 10/10!

Avatar Valley Grand Hotel offers a buffet or Asian breakfast. I was on business trip and had one weekend off that I used to visit Zhangjiajie. I was traveling alone and not speaking any Chinese. The stay was amazing, thanks to the hotel personnel. It was the best. Being picked up at the airport, the transports to the house, breakfast a back. Especially using google translate conversation app, makes it very easy and good to communicate. The lovely people can arrange everything for you. All thanks for taking care! You gave me an amazing experience!

Quite impressed. Grounds pleasantly restorative - ideal for unwinding. Facilities notably modern (surprisingly so), everything in working order. Staff discreet yet attentive when required. Airport shuttle proved useful. Post-sightseeing strolls: tranquil, with several agreeable resident creatures about. Pool area particularly commendable - sizeable and well-maintained. Wouldn't hesitate to return. Jolly good all round.
