Very nice staff, always available, caring and welcoming us with a smile. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom pretty clean. The car service to the airport was amazing (made us save more than 20€ compared to a normal taxi). The position was very cool, close to the city center but not too close to hear the noise and to be stuck in the tourist’s crowds, easy reachable by car and very close to a couple of very good restaurants.

Buffet and continental breakfast options with warm dishes, fresh pastries and fruits are available.

For guests with children, the apartment provides an indoor play area and an outdoor play equipment. Guests can swim in the saltwater pool, go cycling or relax in the garden. Everything was great and clean, the place is very beautiful, not so far is a river, wonderful for walking.

The staff and the integration of the staff from check-in to bartender to restaurant hostess was exceptional. Everything here was the level of a much more expensive hotel in a bit city such as London. We did not eat at the restaurant, so no experience there. But the rest of our experience was 5-stars.

The accommodation offers a buffet or American breakfast. I like everything about this property, interior , service , staff , location , facilities , couldn’t get any better.

The exclusive Spa Kings Court includes a small pool, a Finnish sauna and a steam bath. Soothing massages can be booked on request and fitness facilities are available free of charge. All rooms include complimentary luxury L'Occitane toiletries. It was an amazing stay in the Kings court and will definitely come back later more. Every is great, the breakfast, lunch and the SPA with small pool.

It's located right next to the metro and a shopping mall, making it super easy to get to the city center. The breakfast was exceptional, our room was large and spotlessly clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I highly recommend this hotel in Prague. To save time and avoid waiting for our room, we were able to securely store our luggage in a locked room.
