Michelin two star restaurant in the hotel but we preferred the bar Qiu. Lovely staff and a very helpful bartender recommending things to do in both Berlin and Hamburg - our next destination. All towels, sheets etc. changed every day. Turndown service at night. Welcome platter and daily refresh of strawberries and chocolates. The location at Potsdamer Platz is right in the centre of Berlin with easy access to both S and U-bahn. Taxis right outside if you prefer. Bathrobes are available at reception, and massages can also be booked for a surcharge. Everything was truly exceptional! This hotel is a real unique gem, immediately entered my top 3 of best hotels globally (and I travel a lot for work). The rooms are stunning, and the beds are amongst the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The hotel itself is beautiful and full of art work, there is a beautiful garden and terrace to sit outside and enjoy. The staff are lovely. Honestly everything succeeded my expectations. I will certainly be back, thank you for everything ❤️
