Everything was perfect. The host Martina was very kind and helpful. She has a lot of attention to detail with her decor, and facilities. Everything was modern, new and super clean. There was everything you needed and more. She had extra umbrellas, board games, children's toys. A well stocked kitchen with dishes, glasses, utensils...appliances. Salt and pepper, and oil to cook with...There was laundry soap, dish soaps. The bathroom had shower wash and lotion. She had fresh cut roses on the table and on the patio, which was a nice touch. Also gave me a cute little "Ulm" keepsake. I would definitely stay again next time I am in Ulm. The location was right on the river Blau, it was nice listening to the water go by. And, about 50 m from the Ulm Munster. I enjoyed the cathedral bells... There was also a closet with an honor system to purchase items that you may have forgotten, and snacks. Almost anything you could think of....I thought that was a wonderful idea!

Built in 1989, the property includes sauna and hot tub. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. It's a really cool place. Near downtown to walk easily around which saves the hassle of having to find a parking spot in town. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had when arriving during self check in. Finding the place was easy. Awesome hot tub. That and the sauna in our own area to ourselves really made the trip special. Thank you so much for having a great inviting space. I recommend this rental to anyone who's looking for a relaxing and comfortable place to stay in ULM.
