The highlight of our stay was Christine, the guest relation manager who took care of our needs and was so friendly ! The staff was also wonderful. Definitely coming back.

At the accommodation guests are welcome to take advantage of a spa centre. The area is popular for hiking and fishing, and car hire is available at Sama Guest House. Booking was for my parents celebrating their Ruby Anniversary. Very charming one-night stay in this local guest house. Facilities were clean, host was very hospitable. Location was spot on. Would recommend to anyone traveling to visit Abu Simbel.

The Spa and Health Clinic is outstanding; whatever treatment you can imagine, even of a medical nature. I had a great massage, fell asleep halfway through it. The staff was fantastic; I want to specially congratulate three of them: Rawan (who welcomed me to the hotel and was exceptionally attentive throughout my stay), Dina (who was extremely helpful and caring as I made my way through Aswan, booking convenient transportation and securing a phenomenal exchange rate for my currency) and Zahra (who was very kind and showed me the whole gym and Spa facilities); as well as the health clinic manager who was very warm and informative about the available treatments. Definitely recommended the Resort for corporate events or a pampering wellness retreat.
