The Bay Hotel & Suites guests can relax by the furnished poolside, or have a drink and watch TV at the lobby lounge. More active guests will find 2 tennis courts on site, as well as hot tub and sauna facilities. With a children’s pool and a kid’s club, younger guests will find plenty to do. The pool and beach area at The Bay  is beautiful and perfect for lounging all day. The water was always clean and refreshing, and there were plenty of comfortable sunbeds. It was also a great place to enjoy a drink from the poolside bar. Highly recommend spending some time here!

Vegetarian and gluten-free options can also be requested. The location is very good , just near by the sea, walking distance to the shops and restaurants. We had a great view on the sea, the rooms where clean.

This hotel is an ideal place for families looking for a relaxing stay as well as groups of young people that want to enjoy Tsilivi’s night life. From check in to check out, the Hotel Contessina was amazing. Polite and accommodating staff were everywhere, including the cleaning folks, bartenders, pool staff, check in desk, and servers. Everyone went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and the AC went to a cool level, which we loved after those hot days. The showers were large with rain shower and a powerful handheld jet, if you liked that option. Each evening, turn down service was exceptional and the fruit or sweet plate hit the spot. The most surprising and touching part of it all was the parting gift we were given during our check out. It was a bottle of olive oil and two jars of marmalade from the Contessina farm. A handwritten note thanking us for our stay with them seemed out of place in that it felt we should be giving them a gift for all the warm hospitality. The only knock is really the town itself, which is a matter of my personal opinion. The good is that the ATV rental place is right across the street so, if you're into that, it was very convenient. The town itself felt a bit like Cabo on spring break. Many bars and cheesy places to go to. The restaurants weren't that unique and many had the same menu items. We didn't venture much out of the hotel and it's, by far, the best property anywhere close to where it's located. Decent walk to a very crowded beach. Overall, an amazing place to stay in Zakynthos!

The accommodation is beautiful, easily accessible and well-equipped, the host is extremely kind and helpful, this is also true of the neighbors, we spent a wonderful time here.
