A well-equipped business centre and concierge services are also provided for guests' convenience. Excellent service, the staff are always ready to help, and the room was spacious with a great view. It so happened that we came for a vacation right when a typhoon hit, but all the hotel services were running as usual, including several restaurants, so we had plenty to do. Thank you very much!

I liked the entire experience: check-in was smooth and efficient, the stay was utterly comfortable. Amenities and facilities are awesome, this is what a five-star experience feels like. I really appreciated that the hotel staff were friendly without being overly solicitous. The concierge, the front desk were very helpful and attentive. I really enjoyed every aspect of the stay. Breakfast had excellent variety and great taste. Checkout was seamless and quick. Overall, I would return again and again for this kind of service.

The WIRED Business Centre provides computer workstations and secretarial services. We had a free room upgrade (to a room with awesome view). Check in/out was very fast with staffs always available to guide us around. Service was exceptional. Love that we have 24/7 room service and gym. Location is super convenient, with a mall right next to the hotel, connected. Walking distance to Kowloon and Austin MTR.

Guests can also stay in shape at the fitness centre, or get professional services at the business centre. Upon I checked in, they found out that my birthday was in two days, so they arranged for us a room on the top floor and brought a birthday cake to our room.

Even without going out, guests will be spoilt for recreational choice with a pampering massage, a heated indoor pool and well-equipped gym. Added convenience is provided with laundry and concierge services. We loved everything about the property, specially the pool view!
