The fact that the lagoon itself was fof guests only made for a wonderful lagoon experience. Perfect place to stay to end a vacation, especially being just 20 minutes from the airport.

Breakfast is served at Hotel Keflavik, which is directly across the street. Guesthouse Keflavik by Reykjavik Keflavik Airport’s guests can also use the hotel’s gym and solarium. Our flight arrived at around 2am so we wanted somewhere close to the airport. The room was small but super cosy and the beds were comfortable, we had a good nights sleep. In the morning the shared bathrooms were always available, spacious and very clean. A 10 second walk across the road took us to a fabulous breakfast (including great coffee)- amazing to have this included in the price. It really set us up for the day. A taxi into Reykjavik cost a a huge amount, however, it still worked out as a cost effective option, as it was much cheaper than a night in a central hotel, and much closer to the airport. A great option if you have a flight arriving late or an early departure.
