The staff spoke excellent English, which was a benefit for us as we were tired after a long journey from Canada’s west coast. The front desk manager was very helpful- he arranged the payment for our on-street parking spot (the hotel also has its own parking garage), and personally brought extra towels to our room and fixed a connection problem with the wi-fi as well. The restaurant dinner was good and the free breakfast selections were outstanding- the best we’ve ever found in Italy.

Sweet and savory Italian breakfast buffet, yoghurt accompanied by hot and cold drinks, is provided at the table daily. We loved everything about La Rocca! Right in the center of the historic beautiful village of Brisighella, under the clock tower and the fortress this is a gem of a hotel- small, family run, sparkling clean. Our room had a little balcony, lots of light and a view to the clock tower. There is a great sun terrace and the whole area is scenic. Daniel the owner is wonderful , and went out of his way to ensure that our stay was enjoyable, helping us with recommendations and any requests. His restaurant on the premise has delicious food. All the staff were so friendly it was a true pleasure.

The breakfast offers à la carte, continental or Italian options. At Coast Hotel & Spa - Adults Only Aperto tutto l'anno you will find a restaurant serving Italian cuisine. Vegetarian, dairy-free and vegan options can also be requested. The hotel is newer, in good condition and the staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast is available from 8am until 1pm which was very convenient. You order from a menu rather than buffet style, but you are not limited and everything is presented beautifully and tastes delicious. There is a lovely Rooftop Bar on the 6th floor and they also serve dinner there . We ate there one night and the food was fantastic! There's also a nice view of the sea from up there . We really appreciated that bicycles are available and free to borrow. The pool was lovely and relaxing. We had a car and parking was available for 20 euros a night. The location was great for us, close to the beach and to the main strip of restaurants in Cervia. About a 10min bike ride from the heart of Milano Marritima. Overall a great experience!

It has all the necessary equipment, comfort and customer service you need. Shoutout to the personnel who is constantly at disposal and arranging. The restaurants both highly deserve to be tested and the breakfast is fabulous.

The thermal pool and the wellness center are located at 80 mt from the Grand Hotel main biulding, in the same internal thermal park.

Speaking English, Spanish, French and Italian at the reception, staff are willing to help at any time of the day. Amazing staff, big rooms and an EV charger on site which was super convenient. Breakfast was outstanding
