The apartment was clean and spacious, featuring private bathroom, two fridges and a small kitchen with coffee express (if there is a need for glasses or cutlery you need to ask at the reception). We were warmly welcomed, and Cristina, the host, made sure we had everything we needed and felt at ease. She also recommended some great local restaurants and even offered to make reservations for us. The hotel features a lovely spa with a jacuzzi and sauna, which was available exclusively to us for 50 minutes each day. It was a great way to unwind and relax, though you need to book your time with the staff in advance. The atmosphere was perfect. We felt well cared for, but the service was never intrusive. It was a great place to rest, recharge, and explore the beautiful countryside. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful escape from the busy city, a relaxing spa experience, and a chance to explore the stunning Tuscany region.
