Speaking Arabic, German, English and Spanish at the reception, staff are always at hand to help. The experience exceeded all of our expectations. We booked an all inclusive. They have a shuttle service, and can bring you straight from/back (to) the airport free of charge. the check-in doesn't really feel like one. They got us seated around a table with drinks, enjoying the sea view while they where taking care of carrying our luggage and all the paperwork. The lodge was cosy, no tv nor wifi, but we didn't felt they were needed as the sea view is stunning! The service and catering quality was far above what you could find in most 4 stars hotels in France ! The meals were diversed and exquisite. From Moroccan traditional to more occidental gastronomic dishes. The chef absolutely killed it every time. All the staff was kind to us, making sure that we were enjoying it. Special thanks to ayoub, houda ottman the cook chef, the manager lady and all the others I can't name!
