I was given the chance to bid for an upgrade and received a garden villa which was huge, I LOVED it! I would 100% go back if I could.

We stayed in an overwater villa in the spa village and the AC was working very well. The friendly proximity of hornbills is a highlight of the experience. Relaxed environment. Emerald Bay is one of the best tropical beaches we have experienced. Definitely go for it if you cherish a tropical chic boutique experience.
