The staff were thoughtful and helpful from start to finish, and the concierge assisted us even before we arrived. Management went above and beyond — even sending IT to fix my daughter’s internet for work. Great breakfast, great location, and genuinely kind people. Thank you for the memorable experience.

It was cold in Lima, but we barrely felt it inside the room. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was super complete, with no lactose milk and plant milk available, there were plenty of options for vegeterian diets too. The restaurant on the lobby was really good.
