A wonderful location with incredible views of the valley. The grounds of the resort are beautiful and peaceful, with antelopes strolling peacefully. It is part of a larger, fenced-in area where you can walk and admire the views. The staff deserves special mention, as they always have time for a warm smile and a kind word. I haven't been to a place in a long time where every meal was so delicious and refined, from breakfast through the à la carte dinner, to the atmospheric Braai. The icing on the cake was the safari organized by the hotel, which also met our expectations.

The place is nicely decorated and very comfortable, with animals wondering around (ie. zebras, girrafes, ...). The dinner we had at location was also great and there is also a supermarket at a 10 min walking distance. Easy to drive / park in and/or for game drive pickups. Highly recommended.

Nice kitchen, perfect base for Panorama route. Nearby Spar provides convenient meals. Very friendly host.

If you want a silent and quiet place to stay outside the town, you find this Christies inside the town. It is a very good hotel to be. I promise, my next stay in Mbombela, will be at Christies

The owners can also assist you with the organisation of safari excursions in open game vehicles and golf rounds at Leopard Creek Country Club. Day trips to Mozambique, Swaziland and the surrounding attractions can be arranged. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Kambaku. The staff were friendly and always there if we needed something or had a question. It was peaceful and tranquil, which let us relax. They offer spectacular views of the Crocodile River and wildlife - even had some lions visit. Very accommodating, food to die for and extra special was the packed breakfast for our early departure to the park. Cannot wait to visit again.
