We stayed at Amaris Hotel for 3 nights and 4 days in a family room, and our experience was absolutely fantastic. This Hotel was much bigger than what we expected. It's a big facility and there is parking right outside the room even though you live on the second floor (there is two floors). Be aware if you live on the second floor that there is no elevator only stairs. The reception was very friendly and helpful. On our visit it was the October fest and some part of the facility held a party during the evening which we had no idea about. There was loud music coming from it untill the evening, since we where driving the whole day we wanted to go to bed quite early around 10 pm. It was unfortunate that there where no earplugs to buy in the hotel or nearby. But we still enjoyed our visit.

Impeccably clean, thought had gone into the small details such as the fact that none of the doors anywhere slammed. Great breakfast and a good quality 24hr drinks machine in the lobby with “proper” coffee, hot chocolate, tea etc. Lovely, friendly staff. Correct and faultless.

I think the breakfast was fine as I recall. The room was brilliant. As an Eisenbahnfreund I had asked the extremely helpful receptionist if we could have a room overlooking the railway. She changed our allocated room for us.
