When you get a personalised service, nothing like it. The staff were so cooperative particularly the head chef Mr. Raymond who went out of his way to help us in preparing food for our baby which was out of their routine. This has touched me. Excellent single room, very cute on the third floor. Fantastic view. Close to the mountain train down to Lauterbrunnen as well as to the gondola up to Schilthorn Comfortable bed. The breakfast was continental as well as eggs and sausages. Great bread and coffee. Great, helpful staff.
