Got breakfast included during our stay and it was the usual European breakfast (bread, cereals, and yogurt etc). It was okay for its price. The room was not too small and not too big, just right for 2-3 people. What I loved about the room is the breathtaking view of the alps!! And the hotel is just a few steps away from the Tasch train station which is just one stop away from Zermatt so it's VERY VERY convenient!

Everything was great! But the most important thing was the staff. They were fantastic. Their hospitality was amazing. They help in everything. They are extremely accommodating and understanding. They try to give you the best advice and help possible. We had some dietary restrictions and they allowed us to use their cutlery for our own food. We had an early train which was before breakfast times and they allowed us to eat before so that we can go on a full stomach. By far the best hotel I have come across in Switzerland in terms for facility and hospitality. 100% recommended! I will give my compliments to the entire staff and the management! I will definitely recommend this to all my friends and family. 10 on 10.

Friendly receptionist who greeted me by name and gave me suggestions for my stay. Outstanding service in the restaurant. I took the half-board package and the Christmas menu was exceptional. The spa lounge room faces the Matterhorn and I caught the sunset from there. Very comfortable stay. Location is 30-min by foot from the train station. Easiest way to get there is by electric bus. Nice to be out of the bustle of the town centre. Highly recommend.

The room I requested, with a mountain view facing the Matterhorn, was very spacious and clean. There was a table and chairs on the balcony, where I could also see the Matterhorn. The weather was good on the first night of our two-night stay, and I was thrilled to see the Matterhorn turn red at sunrise from the room. The food at the hotel’s restaurant was very delicious, and since it gets crowded, I recommend making a reservation. It is conveniently located within walking distance from Zermatt station, even with a suitcase.

Zermatt is a place where you can get almost everywhere by walking, the hotel is 400m away from the train station and thats really good. The hotel is beautiful, the receptionist was super nice and kind with us, the bed was comfortable, the restaurant zone of the hotel is beautiful and elegant. (also the room had a tiny fridge)

    The location is very good for visiting Zermatt by train. If the travelers prefer to stay in Täsch rather than Zermatt, the location of Mountime is perfect, but you will hear the noise of train every 20 minutes. The hotel has a parking which is acceptable. The hotel is designed for hiking and Ski so do not expect lots of facilities. We stayed one night to visit the fantastic area of Zermatt and Matterhorn, a place that shall be seen by everyone.

    I love the speedy customer service and the room exceeded my expectations totally!! Managed to get a room upgrade upon request and was totally surprised to find a kitchenette in the room. Totally a live saver for us Budget savvy travellers. The location was great! Literally opposite the train station, not even a 5 mins walk really amazing 👍🏻
