That should be my favourate hotel in my Ireland trip. The host and staff are very friendly.

Perfect location, staff were lovely. Chamber and reception staff were exceptional. Weekend staff in dining room were not as attentive as the week day staff who were excellent even though there were only two people on. Breakfast was just okay, adequate for our needs but half way through our stay we went off the fried food - there were plenty of choices but I would have preferred more fruit choices. Lovely swimming pool, sauna and steam room but spa wasnt working unfortunately. Close to Waterford and Tramore, lots of local restaurants, bars and shops within a short drive so we were very happy and would definitely return.

Really comfortable conditions. You'll got even tea and coffee maker in your room. You can take a shower or lie in a bath, that's a big advantage. Also, really comfortable for a bit of working.
