I loved the location, so close to the sea and train. Supermarket is just 5 min away. Very private and clean little hotel. I felt very good. Staff was also very friendly.I am going to return there for 100% I loved my stay in Esperia.

We liked the room and the property! It's close to the old centre and all main attractions of Genova, all reachable by foot. The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was good (wide selection of sweet and savory delicacies). We parked the car in the garage of Coin store, just across the street (20 € ler night), which is very convenient (but it has a bit narrow entrance/exit, so not very suitable for bigger cars). Good value for the money!

It was the best choice for one night. It’s in the best location, a few steps from the Principe train station and the Port, just in between. We arrived early, but we could leave our luggage at the hotel until check-in, they welcomed us very kindly. Until then, we had a nice walk and had lunch in the Old Port. (In Rossopomodoro you can eat gluten-free pizzas, if you need.) The room is comfortable, very clean, not too small. (Our room faced an inner courtyard, a ruined house, but at least it was perfectly quiet.) The window cannot be opened, there is air conditioning, which unfortunately is a bit loud, this is the only thing I can say as a negative. There is a free water dispenser in the corridor. The staff is very, very nice, thank you! We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but rather in the city, where we even wandered around a bit before the departure of our cruise, of course the luggage could still be left at the hotel after checking out. It was the best choice, we will come here again next time!
