The staff mainly :) they were exceptionally friendly and helpful whilst I was recovering. 10/10 for customer service!! When the new train line is working it will be even better for city access. Facilities are great although I couldn’t use them.

I needed to stay in that location and there are few options in the immediate area. So, I was prepared to tolerate an 'OK' hotel for reasons of convenience. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that this is a great place to stay! I would particularly like to note the 29th floor lookout and infinity pool, and the thoughtfully provided reading area (and gym!). I would also like to thank Lihar for excellent assistance with travel issues!

The room we received was clean. The breakfast provided was not bad, and you get to choose from some options at a restaurant opposite the hotel.
