Everything was perfect. Service is fantastic. Staff are all very pleasant and eager to please. The manager, Dol, makes it a point to speak with every new guest and offer tips and recommendations. Hotel is well-located, close to shopping, dining and touristy places. The restaurant/bar at the hotel makes the best masala chai i’ve ever had!

Amazing place and the value for money is ridiculous. We had a room with mountain view, it was gorgeous. The service is really excellent and they make anything happen for their customers. One of the best places we stayed in KTM by far, and we went to quite a lot of hotels.

One of the highlights of our trip was a Himalayan exploration tour that the hotel staff arranged for us. The price was reasonable, and we spent a whole day hiking in the hills, getting closer to the majestic mountains we had longed to see.
