Dear, I spent a beautiful journey at Hotel Carlton, the location is close to the center and allow to discover the historical center. The high professionalism at the reception and the strong efforts to increase the customer satisfaction is a strong aspect. Firstly I would like to thank Ms. Mariyam from the front office for being so polite, helpful and courteous. She is extremely customer centric and always went out of her way to do whatever she could to help. The hotel is centrally located, very close to the main railway station and hence public transport is always available. The room is comfortable and clean. The housekeeping staff are also so courteous. The WiFi connection is good. The room size and bathroom size are also good and overall, I would highly recommend this hotel

The staff at the hotel doesn't speak english, but they are very helpful and friendly. With the assistance of translation apps communication was easily possible. The room was mostly clean and the breakfast was okay. Location is also good with it being right next to the train station and in walking distance to the city centre.
