Staff were really friendly, answered any questions I had, and always offered to help in any way possible, even without asking. Some of the nicest hotel staff I’ve met!! Room was comfortable and clean. No faults!! Hotel is also in a great location, next to convenience stores, a metro station, and only 10 minutes from TSA airport. But no noise disruption whatsoever!!

We recently stayed at The Dandy Hotel in Taipei and we were really impressed! Despite being a 3-star hotel, the service was definitely at a 4-star level. The staff went above and beyond – they even gave us a courtesy call for checkout time without us asking, and were super flexible with storing our bags before and after our stay. The room itself was a pleasant surprise. It was much bigger than what you typically get in Taipei, and spotlessly clean. The bed was really comfortable and we slept great – it was nice and quiet too. The bathroom was a highlight with amazing shower pressure and lovely lemongrass-scented toiletries. Just a heads up though – the shower is over the bath, which was quite narrow. There's a handrail to help you get in and out, but it might be tricky for older travelers. One thing I loved was being able to open the window for fresh air, though don't expect any views. The location was really convenient, just a short walk to the station. Breakfast was pretty average overall, but they did have some nice cakes. Oh, and if you're looking for last-minute gifts, they have some cute items like soaps and keyrings at reception – really came in handy for me! The only real downside was the breakfast not being anything special, but honestly, everything else made up for it. The fantastic service, clean and comfortable room, and convenient location make this place a gem. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Taipei!

Our stay at this hotel was top-notch! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. But the highlight of our stay was definitely the free snacks at the lobby - it was a lovely surprise!

The rooms are clean and just right in size. The location is also great. Just a couple of minutes walk to the Ninshi night market. Although no breakfast is included in the package, there are a lot of restaurants around the hotel where you can get meals. The free flowing snacks also added great value to the price. Special thanks to the staff for helping us arrange transportation for the tour and to the airport. I would definitely choose this hotel again when I get a chance to go back to Taipei.

To end our trip to Taiwan, we wanted to come and enjoy the Beitou hot springs. While searching for accommodation offers we discovered the Grand Pleasure Spring hotel at an extremely competitive price. As the reviews were good we decided to book. In the end, we are extremely happy to have made this choice. Everything is perfect ! The location is close to all Beitou attractions, the rooms are super comfortable and very clean. The private hot bath is completely amazing and so comfortable after a long day of traveling. And the staff, especially the receptionist, are lovely, polite and helpful. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend our friends to come here when they come to Beitou.

    The room had no windows, mold was visible on the ceiling. The bathroom is see-through but the bed is comfortable and the location wonderful next to the train. A great spot if you're looking for a budget hotel.

    Thought this hotel was delightful. Expensive but we need a treat and a good hotel after staying in budget hotels. All the staff are lovely, the cleaners, doormen and reception staff. Great location - Shandao temple MRT is a 5 minute walk away. 7-11 and Family Mart very close by too. Cleaning staff very attentive, left us a shower cap when I had thrown my old one in the bin

    The location is so good for a first time visitor as the airport mrt exit 5 is just a five minute walk in the same St so super easy to find the hotel This is a budget hotel with small rooms and no restaurant or anything but it is adequate.

    This is one of the best budget hotels we've stayed at so far. With the value, we think the facilities are worth highlighting: Japanese toilet with bidet (other hotels in the same city don't have this), high quality amenities such as good smelling soap and shampoo, tissue, and clean comfy bed to sleep after wandering around the city. The place is also in a very strategic location, the Ximending night market is just one step away but it's still quiet during the night as it's just outside the crowded center.
