The hotel features an outdoor swimming pool and a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. The room was cleaned every day (if you wish not to you can hang a sign by the door). Very hygienic. Lovely hotel staff and amazing pool. Exactly as the pictures on the website. Rooms were modern and all the furniture looked brand new. Lots of storage place and a safe. The restaurant downstairs has great food!! Really recommend.

The property is close to several noted attractions, around less than 1 km from Kool Beach Club and around a 2-minute walk from Quinta Alegria Shopping Mall. The property is on downtown. Isaac at the reception did a good, thorough and professional job explaining about the hotel, perks of an IHG member and finding my reservation. The room is big with a helpful balcony. I was given a quiet area as requested when booking. Roomkeeping and cleanliness were very clean and the huge bed, very comfortable and exceptional. The shower was hot enough with ok pressure. I am very happy with the very central location especially during Carnival and would not hesitate to recommend to others and stay here again.
