The apartment was clean, orderly, and well situated near the waterfront. Claudio was very friendly and welcoming, as well as helpful in showing us around. The price we found was very good, and we were happy to see all beds (apart from one optional one) were proper beds and not sofa beds. We would happily take bunks over sofa beds any day. The air con worked well with two heat pumps, and was included in the booking price.
