The location is nice. In general the house has a lot of potential but it is just not maintained enough. The host is polite. The yard is big enough even for parties. A lot of garden furniture with a trampoline and a slide for the kids.

The host was exceptionally nice. We were arriving at late hour and it was not a problem. It was quite cold outside and the house was pleasantly warm and beds very comfortable.. The house is in excellent position, few minutes walk from tram and main metro station, and all amenities in centre. Vitosha street reachable by foot. Lidl, Billa and few good restaurants and fast food venues nearby. Really nothing to complain. Thank you, Svetlio! 😘
