Amazing place! Downstairs the owner/her family stays en upstairs there are 2 studios for rent. New studios, comfortable, super clean, aircon, good mosquito net, well equipped kitchen, drinking water, smart tv, fast WiFi, lovely swimming pool, comfortable terrace, safe/gated parking (and a night guard). 15 min walk to Carrefour and 15 min walk to the beach. Tuktuk/mototaxi around. Quiet neighbourhood. And super friendly and welcoming people. Would really recommend to stay here!

Really spacious and beautiful villa - super good value for money. Located on one side of diani beach, but the rides around with a tuk tuk are enjoyable. The beach is very close, but the only downside is when going to the beach there are mega annoying massage providers and so-called beach boys. I hope the community will change that as they have done at Lamu island.

Overall, I had a great experience. The host was incredibly accommodating so friendly, and the amenities were great l loved the pool and the Cave cool breeze. The room was wonderful, spacious, clean and very comfortable bed. Restaurant, bars n the supermarket were just about 5 minutes drive n the white sandy beach too. I highly recommend.

Excellent value for money, private beautiful cottage with a private pool. All kept very clean, staff 24h to look after you. Yes you have to pay for electricity, but I understand why. At the low daily price you pay for the accomodation it offers both A/C in both bedrooms, hot showers, kitchen, large flat screen TV´s, which are costly -if you use all the facilities a lot. Alternatively check in to an expensive hotel (which would be the only option of you want all those facilities) and the price will be much higher. We paid around 1000 Kenyan Shilling a day for electricity and we used a lot.

Overall, we cannot complain because the villa is actually pretty nice. The personnel is nice as well and always willing to help. I think It is ideal for a group of friends because each room has its own bathroom. There is even an additional restroom on the ground floor. The pool, even though a bit small, is more than enough to refresh. I can totally recommend this place if you can live with the problems we faced. (Check above) All in all the place is great for groups of friends and families! Also we appreciated the communication and the awareness regarding the issues of the host.
