We were warmly welcomed, with the traditional coconut drink, after a long drive and this place is fabulous in every way! We experienced quick response from the owner Suminda on our questions. It’s like a boutique hotel with very clean and spacious rooms, superb beds and the duty manager Krishan is amazing in his service. They offer a wide selection of food but with your own full-equipped kitchen you can make your own meals. The pool is relaxing with comfortable sun-beds, placed in the garden with a wonderful view at the nature., a quiet location and only 1 km from a beautiful beach with restaurants and bars. Transport can be provided if needed. We loved the veranda, overlooking nature with an abundance of birds, squirrels and even some monkeys (on a safe distant).

Location was fabulous 🤩 wonderful place, directly at the sea. I had also birthday during our stay and the hotel staff prepared a wonderful dinner right at the sea, with Prosecco and wonderful decoration (it was a surprise: they wrote “Happy Birthday” and my name with little stones - very accurate and with details) and a cake special for me (they need to buy it outside!) It was really a wonderful stay :-)

Kia Ora, I had the pleasure of staying at Sithuka Villa in Bentota, Sri Lanka, during my recent trip from New Zealand, and it truly exceeded all expectations. One of the highlights of this villa is its proximity to the beach. The beach is literally just a stone's throw away – a short walk down a lush, tropical path. The beach is pristine and peaceful, with clear waters and soft, golden sand. It felt like having a private slice of paradise, and I spent hours enjoying the sun, swimming in the warm Indian Ocean, and simply relaxing by the shore. The fact that the beach is so close made it incredibly easy to pop out and enjoy the beauty of the coast whenever I wanted. However, what truly made my stay special was the hospitality. It's a wonderful place for a small group of family and friends to spend time. The staff, Ruwan and Cyril are so helpful and go out of their way to make your stay wonderful. Ruwan took us to town on his tuk whenever we needed it and also helped us with picking good restaurants and a boat ride. The kids loved the pool! We really enjoyed our stay and appreciate the effort the guys put into making our stay as comfortable as possible.

We lived in apartment one month. Everything was perfect. The apartment located 10 minutes walking to ocean. The owner prepared for us different traditional meals 3 times in day, it was very tasty. When we needed drive somewhere the owner drove us by tuktuk. The accommodation located on the second floor. Thank you Kumara and all your family for very nice vocation.

We had a wonderful vacation at Aluthgama House. A beautiful villa that leaves nothing to be desired: spacious and clean rooms, a great, very clean pool, a gorgeous tropical garden right on the Bentota River, very tasteful lounges, great service from the staff, including excellent breakfast and great food for dinner. Yusuf is an excellent host who took the time to personally greet us and fulfill all our needs during our stay. He also took the time to answer all our questions before our trip, which we really appreciated! Thank you very much!
