We spent one night at the Black Monkey Villa in mid-September and felt completely at home. The accommodation is tastefully and functionally furnished - the air conditioning, hairdryer and fridge are in mint condition and worked perfectly. The beds are very comfortable and the covered outdoor area invites you to enjoy the beautiful view of the greenery even when it rains. The shower was a real highlight - by far the best we experienced during our stay in Sri Lanka. We were able to relax wonderfully and would definitely come back on our next visit to Sri Lanka!

One of the highlights of this villa is its proximity to the beach. The beach is literally just a stone's throw away – a short walk down a lush, tropical path. The beach is pristine and peaceful, with clear waters and soft, golden sand. It felt like having a private slice of paradise, and I spent hours enjoying the sun, swimming in the warm Indian Ocean, and simply relaxing by the shore. The fact that the beach is so close made it incredibly easy to pop out and enjoy the beauty of the coast whenever I wanted. However, what truly made my stay special was the hospitality. The host and their family were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making my stay comfortable. They went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed, offering insightful recommendations for local attractions, arranging transport, and even preparing delicious traditional meals that felt like home-cooked delights. They treated me not just as a guest, but like part of their family, which made all the difference in my experience. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat to relax and unwind or a base to explore the beauty of Bentota, Sithuka Villa is the perfect choice. I will definitely be returning in the future. We just love the place. Great experience in this villa. We liked everything there, very quiet location near a beautiful beach. We were looking for such a place. The villa is very spacious, nicely furnished and we immediately felt like at home, plus a beautiful garden and an amazing pool. Asanga will prepare a royal breakfast for you every day, whatever you want. During our stay in Sri Lanka, we returned there twice. Last but not least, great communication with the owner of the villa, who really cares about making your stay as pleasant as possible. We will definitely plan to spend more time in this villa next time. I can really only recommend it.

We lived in apartment one month. Everything was perfect. The apartment located 10 minutes walking to ocean. The owner prepared for us different traditional meals 3 times in day, it was very tasty. We loved the Villa 826 Ahungalla. The room was very clean and had a comfortable bed. Had a amazing bathroom with hot water and great shower. Great location, few minutes from the beach. It is very long and so beautiful. Owner was very kindly, friendly and helpful with everything. Breakfast also very delicious and had a very tasty sri lankan items and homemade by family. Highly recommended!
