This is the best place we stayed during this Sri Lanka trip, landlord Praneeth picked us up from Kandy lake view point, helped us plan for the next visiting point, provided me very valuable information and kept from going to wrong location. The breakfast was amazing and we had no need for lunch since we were too full in the morning. Landlord allowed us stay until 5 pm since we will take the 5:30 pm train and the next guest happened to arrive late that day, many thanks to the great convenience, if we come back next year, this will be our first choice without doubts!!!!!!

Big open area, nice room , very beautiful environment, Peradeniya flower garden balcony views, sport events locations , book reading place , music place Staff is very kindly and honest and helpful. The rooms are beautiful as shown in the pictures, offering spacious layouts with large balconies and comfortable bathrooms that offer great value for money. The soothing lighting setup enhances relaxation, and the common areas are well monitored with CCTV for added security. The villa's location is perfect, right in the heart of popular attractions. In addition, the staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place.

Raj and the staff met and exceeded our expectations. This is a very pleasurable accommodation with a very calm, welcoming and pleasurable vibe as well as a highly attentive staff. Beautiful place, just outside the noise of Kandy, easily accessible by 20 min bus to and from centre. The rooms are very comfortable, there is a big balcony to chill in, most of all the kitchen is really great, its got everything you need, even a blender, deep fryer and microwave! Finally the host and his beautiful boys are so sweet and kind, that's what makes me want to come back most.
