We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Regal Rivera Villa: It is a beautiful decorated and brand new boutique villa with a stunning garden area and a very nice pool. Especially if you are searching for a nice, relaxing place to get you settled before or after a long flight, we highly recommend. Everything is high standard, very clean and the staff is really friendly and attentive. We had a flight back home later on check out day and the staff was so supportive: We were allowed to stay longer, even use the pool and had a free ride to the airport - thank you very much for this, it made our last day really relaxing! Breakfast (outside in the garden) and dinner (at the dining table inside) both were really good and delicious! We 100% recommend and had a great time!

First and foremost, we want to thank you for the beautiful villa and your warm hospitality. The amenities were fantastic, and the interiors were clean and comfortable. We truly appreciate your efforts in ensuring our stay was enjoyable. Furthermore, we can't stop raving about the delicious breakfast you prepared for us. Not only was it tasty, but it was also served in a charming setting that added to the experience. The villa's location was equally amazing. The proximity to the beach, just 100 meters away, was incredibly convenient. Being able to purchase fresh coconuts straight from the trees was a delightful treat. Additionally, the beach being sheltered by a breakwater meant there were no large waves, and the water was wonderfully warm. Once again, thank you for your outstanding hospitality and the wonderful stay. We will definitely return to experience this magical place again.

What a beautiful start to a trip in Sri Lanka! From start to finish they made our stay with them so easy and happy. They collected us from the airport which was a stress free experience and then also organised a transfer for us to trincomalee as well as looking after our extra bags while we are travelling. Everything went very smoothly here, from the late night airport pick up we arranged via the hotel right up to our departure the next day. This made a big difference after a long day of travel with young children. The family villa was clean and comfortable with good AC and we had a great sleep. Loved waking up to the sound of birds singing in the morning. The breakfast of hoppers, local fruit etc was delicious. The well established and maintained gardens made for a relaxing setting and the kids enjoyed climbing up the treehouse, playing basketball etc. Everyone there was very friendly from the owner to the staff. Highly recommend Villa Shade.
