We were a bit late with our trip to the place, but the owner was waiting us with a fair in the garden. He welcomed us with traditional oman coffee and dates. Highly recommend his place. Very styled furnished rooms. In the kitchen you have the necessary stuff. There is enough place to park two or three cars in the yard and more in front.

When we arrived at the property the owner was already waiting for us with the keys. He was very welcoming and helped us with our luggage. Asked us how much water needs to be filled in the swimming pool so that the kids are comfortable. The property was so green, mango trees were filled with ripe mangoes, banana trees, date trees and to add it up it was raining which made it more magical. The property was clean, impeccable and the fridge had mangoes and dates for us. Even the kitchen is filled with utensils so for a family you are not far away from your home

The location of the hotel was truly exceptional. It was set in a peaceful and serene environment, offering a calm and quiet atmosphere. Surrounded by lush trees and greenery, the setting was perfect for those seeking a relaxing getaway. The stay was made even more delightful by the incredibly helpful and accommodating host. Despite our late arrival at midnight, he was quick to respond to our messages and calls, ensuring we had no trouble finding our way. What truly stood out was his dedication—he personally came to the hotel to hand over the keys, making us feel welcomed and at ease right from the start. The property itself had excellent amenities, with the swimming pool being a highlight of our stay. Its location was also very convenient, as it was close to the city, with restaurants and grocery stores easily accessible—just a 2-minute drive away.

A very lovely stay, even though it was only for one night. We booked a lovely dinner on the night we arrived - highly recommend it. The house is big and had all the amenities one could think of. The host (2 brothers) were also a perfect guide, for our tour the next morning

The house is situated in a small village. It has beautiful views of the mountains. The host was very kind and they offered very good breakfast and dinner. The house is large, with spacious kitchen - living room area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We loved the terrace with the view. Very quite place, but few steps from the start of the Balcony Walk route (approx. 5 minutes walking). There are no shops or restaurants, be ready for that. There is no signal in the house, but the WIFI worked very well. It is possible to reach it with 2WD car, but after our experience, we recommend to have 4WD car, the last 20 km to the village are quite rough.
