Breakfast was served in a conservatory whic was very hot we we told at reception we could have breakfast at 9.30 when we arrived there was very little food was told they were not putting any more out just tell her what we wanted, we were brought fried eggs swimming in oil I had to tip it off the plate whe I asked for more milk please for our coffee the waitress got it off the table behind where people had just left I must admit I did looked shocked she said it’s alright ( sorry not for me)

Clean and comfortable room with a lovely en suite. Tea coffee, with fresh milk in a fridge in the room, which was a great idea. Ideal location to catch buses to Sunderland, lovely just to walk to the coast too and around South Sheilds. Breakfasts were amazing cooked to perfection and whatever you'd like, I tried pancakes, Salmon nothing was too much trouble full english was lovely too. Great evening restaurants within walking distance, too. Definitely would recommend to stay.

Very well stocked of everything you could need milk and toiletries included which was great after a long journey. Location was great for local buses and metro also take away food places. Very quiet area.
