Absolutely incredible, by far our favourite part of Phuket overall. The Sunday walking market was fantastic with so many authentic Thai dishes and lovely handmade items. The vibe was truly special and super memorable. If you’re visiting, you absolutely must visit The Library bar - the drinks were fantastic, reasonably priced and the bartenders do really impressive tricks by spinning and throwing the bottles as they make your drinks. Also visit the elephant jungle sanctuary - Nancy the tour guide is super knowledgeable and funny, and she really elevated the experience to the next level.
If you’re flying out of Phuket airport, make sure to visit the Soi Dog Foundation (it’s just a short trip from the airport). It’s completely free to do a tour and you get to play with the most adorable puppies, but don’t forget to donate to their cause.

1 day is completely enough, there are far better places in Phuket where you can spend your time during your vacation. The old town is interesting and they have a Cat cafe if you love cats, you would really enjoy it! There are other nice cafes and shops where you can buy souvenirs and post cards.

I stayed in Old Phuket town, which is the quiet side of the city and my hotel was a walkable distance to most places. I do however wish I could’ve split my stay between Patong and Old Phuket town, to get the whole experience of Phuket.
I enjoyed the Sunday night market, the vibe and food was really amazing. There are so many affordable nice cafes to visit around Old Phuket and sightseeing places.
Really had an amazing time and would definitely come back to explore some more

The Sunday market is brilliant.
The Sunday market is brilliant. Starts at around 4pm and goes on until 8 or 9pm. Phuket old town isn’t a party town and most places shut around 9-10pm.
The architecture is beautiful to see and adds another level of interest.

For lovers of relaxing vacations, Phuket has a lot to offer in terms of beaches, sea life, food and nightlife. It's not as crazy as Bangkok and that is a good thing if you are looking for some r&r, but it's still close to some of the most beautiful views and snorkeling spots in Thailand.
Good:Breakfast Buffet I like breakfast at Ramada Plaza Chao Fah Hotel because I like eating dim sum and most importantly. There are staff to serve you at all times. The food was full and looked very clean. both the dining room area Even put used tissues on the table. There is a staff to take care of, there is juice, there is a salad bar with a variety of dressings. There is a wide selection of fresh vegetables. Impressed as Dim Sum is considered to be the best breakfast in Phuket in my heart as well.
The best thing about this hotel was the staff, especially Stamp who went out of his way to assist me. Before I even arrived he spent a lot of time helping me with my Thailand Pass application. While I was staying at the hotel he helped me with navigating the the new COVID world requirements. The hotel itself was clean and everything worked. Awesome air con! The WiFi signal was more than adequate for my needs but did require frequent sign-ins.
It is a small family run establishment, extremely clean. Good fresh breakfast (not an extensive hotel buffet but it caters to most needs). The best thing about it was the attention and care by the owners for every traveler. This is a very reasonably priced establishment and i believe it’s true value for money. This is on Krabi road, the heart of old Phuket town. A Kot of interesting shops, restaurants in this historical place.
This is one of the nicest hostels I have stayed at in all of my two weeks in Thailand. There are spacious cages to lock up your entire bag! The location is really close to everything in Phuket and the staff are very friendly. There are curtains on the dorm beds and small lights in every bunk at night. It is also very clean, quiet and safe for any other fellow solo travellers :)
Very good breakfast and the Hotel staff was the nicest and friendliest we met in whole Thailand. The room was big and the bathroom was nice as well, shampoo towels and everything you need was provided.
The location is awesome just a few minutes to walk to the town and 10 minutes to the pier by taxi
Scooter rent is just around the corner, same as many nice restaurants.
We enjoyed our stay here. the staff at reception were super friendly and the kitchen area was spotless ! We loved our room the bed was very comfortable (unlike the hard beds we stayed in most hotels in Thailand) the room was spacious, clean with a lovely colourful bathroom. Having a smart TV in our room was a big bonus for us! We could watch anything we wanted.
When your in Thailand you must visit Old Phuket Town.
When there you must stay at the Woo hotel !
This hotel is full of history and charm. The hotel is amazing in every detail. This hotel is so beautiful with wonderful staff and owners and its in the absolutely best location.
You must go, we are so glad we did.
Thank you Tony and Claire
Lovely boutique style hotel in the quiet part of the old town but very close to the walking street market. Room not large but had everything that I needed. Added bonus of a pool to cool off.
Bed was comfortable compared to other hard beds we have experienced in Thailand.
Booked for one night and stayed an extra two.
From the moment me and my kids got there we knew we had chose the right place to stay for our first trip in Thailand. A really authentic Thai experience staying in this hotel, Judie was the nicest lady you could meet and her and her family made it a very nice experience as they were so welcoming and helpful.
One of the best hostels I've stayed in. Extremely clean, quiet, and in the middle of old Phuket town. The staffs were very polite and helpful. Though the stay is the cheapest I've had in Thailand, it came with breakfast and they even gave a souvenir. Would highly recommend.
Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in Thailand. Staff is the kindest and most helpful, small but clean and quiet pool, everything super clean… what’s not to love? Also the complimentary bikes were a gamechanger.
Thanks for everything, you made my vacation 🙏🏻
The gym (club asia) was state of the art, the best I've tried in Thailand. The hotel itself 5 stars luxury, rooms 4 stars, just looking alittle dated, especially the bathrooms, but clean and had everything you need. Easy walk to Sunday night Market.
this hotel located in a very quit area over the hill which gives you romantic view for the city of Phuket other thing summing pool also is very good , every thing is good in this hotel except the shuttle should be change to a car
We did the SHA Phuket sandbox. This hotel was very nice and sparkling clean. The views are beautiful. The pool was wonderful. The buffet breakfast was the best ever. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
Amazing service from the staff
Professional service and help with the program of Thailand pass. Very comfortable stay. Just everything was more then I expected. The best hotel I been at in Thailand.
Best hotel we stayed at in Thailand. The room we originally booked wasn’t available so they upgraded us. It was so clean, professional and staff were amazing. The restaurant is good too.
Staff was amazing! Every time we needed recomendations they were able to help us. We even extended our stay in the hotel. One of the best accomodations we got in Thailand.
