Your breakfast I will be back for thirds. Greek French toast is amazing. The woman who runs the restaurant is the nicest person I think I have ever met.
The seafront Rooms to let Rena is conveniently located a few yards from the black sandy Monolithos Beach. The air-conditioned guestrooms open out onto a balcony.

So our flights were changed and needed a place to stay but affordable. This place was very affordable and the rooms looked exactly like the ones shown in the reviews. But the room we stayed didn’t have the ocean view nor was there a common area to eat breakfast or have wine in the evening. It was ok, we just needed a place to sleep. Beds were as described, small and a bit on the stiffer side, but internet connection was great, we streamed a movie with no issues. Pretty much what we expected for the price.
We had breakfast at the hotel pretty much next to us, and had lunch across the street. Both great. The beach is across the street and it was nice to dip our feet in for sure.
Featuring pool views, myLithos Suites in Monolithos features accommodations, an outdoor swimming pool, and a garden. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking, and free Wifi.

Not the area I would recommend for those expecting the Santorini experience you see in pictures unless you just want to be close to the beach and then plan your transportation to get to areas with more to do and see. If you’re a family that can come more often, or don’t mind driving yourself around it’s a good value.

4 restaurants, a large beach, especially for families, as the sea is below 70 cm deep for more than a hundred meters.
You can take the bus to Fera, and from there all over the island.
The airport is on walking distance (2 km), but don't walk it when its hot.
It is a very small airport, so you can endure the rising planes.
The Italian restaurant at the corner serves also under the trees across the street. After 19.00 that's the best place to be, in the shadow, near the sea.

The hand delivered Breakfast with three options is something you dont see these days . Absolutely smashing array of local delights. Having spent 4 days in Santorini and savoring the sights of Oia and Fera , the beautioful attractions as shown in brochures , I recommend a more isolated area like Monolithos and especially the Mylithos suites, it was an oasis in a hilly and barren location with a lot of local residences - walking into lovely eateries by the beach road. It is for those travelers who prefer places "off the beaten path"

Going there over winter break (Christmas week) we did not anticipate any crowds, but there were several areas that were absolutely closed for the season. But there were plenty of places still open for food and shopping, and we enjoyed the lack of crowds as it helped us get fantastic photo shots of both sunrises and sunsets. A rental car is a must, and the of Oia was particularly enjoyable.

What I liked most was the layout of the hotel, which was right next to the beach. We rented a motorbike to drive the whole island. Monolithos is a quiet place where you have a beach, a shop, restaurants, fast food. The beach is long and also suitable for surfing, kiting.
The well maintained, clean and comfortable rooms. Maria kept the rooms spotless. The beautiful pool and bar/restaurant were close especially as one of us has walking difficulties. The food was excellent, the best Caesar salad I’ve ever had! The hotel is conveniently close to the airport so no long transfer times. The owners are so attentive and make you feel part of the family, making sure that you have everything that you need and ensuring a great holiday. Thank you John, Tasos and Stavros.
AN excellent example for Greek hospitality. A family owned boutique hotel. Yiannis and Tasos amazing persons , ready to help you anytime and make your stay more than comfortable. Excellent food and amazing location. Excellent for couples and families. Maria the third person she is a unique personality with a warm smile always. I haven't been to the island over 10 years Those guys made my return something unforgettable for me and my daughter.
Next to the beach in a less crowded part of the island. We had everything right next door, market, good restaurants, atm, beach etc. There is also plenty of space to leave your rental car/atv right in front of the hotel.
The staff was really kind and helpful.
The pool was almost always empty and plenty of sunbeds were unoccupied.
The bar is always open and the prices were good.
Perfect location, right on the very family friendly (shallow no rocks) beach. Monolithos is a small village thus its trivial to find the property and get to a few available restraints. Kitchen is fully equipped with gadgets to make a quick meal for the family.
A close by bus stop makes it easy to commute to other locations on the island.
The staff was really helpful and always smiling, from the clean-lady to the receptionist. They were all so nice. The breakfast was also very good. The location was perfect. It is near a sandy beach. We had a great time in the hotel. Thank you!
The place is peaceful no matter is located near the airport. The breakfast is amazing! The hotel is always clean: pool, rooms, etc. The staff have always the best attitude to help you, definitely If I return, I’ll stay there!
everything was wonderful. Staff was very helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and cozy. The hotel restaurant served really tasty food and the prices were cheaper than in the city. overall everything was superb !
Lovely pool area, only 5 rooms so had it to ourselves a lot
Very clean
A handful of good restaurants in the locality
Wasn’t disturbed by aircraft noise due to the soundproofing of the rooms.
Great family run hotel
Cosy hotel with helpful staff. I have celiac disease and at my request I got gluten-free products for breakfast. I am very grateful to the receptionist Tasos for paying special attention to my diet.
Egzim was a phenomenal host going the extra mile and providing for us whenever we needed. The Villa was absolutely beautiful and spotless. Two minute walk away from Monolithos family beach.
property was very clean and comfortable with a short walk’s distance to Monolithos beach. The staff were exceptional and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast every morning was great.
The hotel was a great surprise for us! Very beautiful suite, clean and modern, in a village away from the crowdy places, but in a small distance from them. Pretty sure will be back!
